Medical nutrition therapy rates for insurance carriers are $180-$225 for the 60-75 minute initial consult and $164-$205 for 60-75 minute follow up visit. Co-payments are due at time of service.

• It is recommended that you call your insurance in advance of your appointment to inquire if one or more of your medical diagnoses are covered for medical nutrition therapy.
• Be sure to specify you will be seeing a certified and registered dietitian.

I am an in-network provider with Regence, LifeWise, Premera, Bluecross Bluesheild, Aetna, Health Care Administrators, First Choice Health, Cigna, and Medicare.  Pleese do not hesitate to ask me if you have any questions regarding the process of  insurance coverage.

If you do not have insurance, or your insurance does not cover nutrition therapy and/or services payment is due in full at time of service via cash, or check. There is a $35 fee on all returned checks. The rate for payment at time of service (standard fee) is $150 for the 60-minute initial consult and $125 for the 60-minute follow up. A 30-minute session is also an option charged at the standard fee, pro-rated.

For two or more people, “Team Nutrition,” the rate is $160 for 60-minute initial consult and $135 for 60-minute follow up.

Additional fees for nutrition services requested outside of session time (i.e. detailed meal plans, pantry overhauls, grocery store tours ect) will be charged at the standard fee pro-rated.
